Activate and Redeem AT&T Rewards & Rebates
Have you received a mail notifying that your AT&T reward is ready to be redeemed? This mail probably comes within 4 weeks of your service installation. Follow the redemption instructions sent along with the notification letter to activate and redeem your rewards online. Once you've completed the process, your reward is supposed to arrive within 4 weeks. - To redeem your reward, click on the "Redeem" button. Enter your Redemption ID or Confirmation, or enter your Account Number and Zip Code.
- To activate/check balance of your AT&T Visa Reward Card, click on the "Activate/Check Balance" button. Enter the first 4 digits of your Reward Card number and click "Continue". You will then be prompted to enter your entire card number and PIN which is the last 4 digits of your account number.
- By clicking on the "Check status" button, you can activate the AT&T Promotion Card or check its balance. Plus you get to join the program by referring someone or indicating that you are a referee.
- If you are a Program member, log in with your user name (email address) and password. Enter the first 10 digits of your Promotion Card number and start the activation status.
